Responsibilities
Ensure quality assurance in projects and serial production.
Guarantee correct application of engineering and design-to-quality standards.
Lead and document Design Reviews with Engineering and Expertise teams.
Monitor project milestones and follow up on action plans.
Identify risks raise alerts and escalate issues when needed.
Capitalize on customer claims and manage validation decisions.
Track tests open and follow LUP Pro issues and check proper documentation of exemptions.
Pilot quality objectives (KPI) and support quality analysis (Fault Tree 5 Why Ishikawa QC Story).
Prepare 10D capitalization files in case of major customer claims.
Support progress actions:
Improve quality skills of engineering teams.
Manage transversal actions from the progress plan.
Prepare IATF audits with process and quality leaders.
Support the transition to Client Digital systems for quality tools.
Animate Task Forces in case of major field issues or milestone disruptions.
Deliverables
Meeting minutes after Design Reviews.
Audit reports.
Quality indicators reporting (GMF Towing GDL Durability Workteam LUP QC).
Issue analysis and non-recurrence decisions.
Problem-solving reports (5 Why QC Story 10D).
Progress action plans and transversal quality actions.
Training reports and quality skills synthesis for engineering teams.
Exemptions analysis.
Task Force meeting minutes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Experience in quality assurance for projects and serial production.
Knowledge of quality standards and engineering processes.
Ability to lead Design Reviews and animate cross-functional teams.
Strong skills in problem-solving methods (Fault Tree 5 Why Ishikawa QC Story).
Familiarity with KPI monitoring and audit preparation (IATF).
Capacity to handle customer claims validations and exemptions.
Communication and coaching skills for engineering teams.
Ability to manage transversal projects and support digital transitions.
