Rental and Administration Co-Ordinator Cameron Lodges

ABOUT US:

Situated on the shores of Loch Lomond Scotlands breathtaking jewel Cameron House is a magnificent 5-star resort. Uniquely positioned where the Scottish Highlands meet the Lowlands this 17th-century baronial estate is rich in character and history. Our 208 bedrooms are an exquisite blend of traditional and contemporary or guests can opt for a home from home in one of our 115 self-catering lodges or luxurious Loch Lomond Apartments.

The iconic lochside setting is a timeless celebration of grandeur and natural beauty. Spanning 400 acres of picturesque Scottish countryside with adventure on the doorstep. Loch Lomond with its impressive backdrop is the perfect location for a variety of water and land activities including speedboat tours paddleboarding canoeing kayaking 4X4 off-road driving falconry and more.

THE ROLE:

Key things you will be responsible for:

  • All owner rental administration including issuing and processing rental mandates and advising owners of rental status;
  • Handling rental enquiries that are not dealt with by the Resort Reservations team;
  • Inputting rental reservations into Merlin ensuring payment has been taken;
  • Inputting owner and rental reservations into Opera;
  • Balancing availability between the different property management systems and booking engines;
  • Dealing with all general owner and guest enquiries;
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure all owner and guest requests are passed on and completed;
  • Assisting with the compilation of regular owner correspondence;
  • Assisting with managing the content of the owners website;
  • Handling internal & external exchange queries;
  • Assisting the owner & guest services team with any duties as required.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:

  • National 5 Qualifications in Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications) essential with further study eg. NC/HND/SVQ or equivalent an advantage
  • Customer service experience is essential and Reception/Reservations or admin experience is desirable
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and passion for service excellence
  • Initiative creativity and ability to solve problems
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in IT competent in the use of Microsoft packages and ability to use hand held technology essential (knowledge of Merlin or Opera is an advantage)
