Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for effective communication and a proven track record in developing and implementing communication strategies that engage diverse this role you will be responsible for crafting messages creating compelling content and supporting our organizations mission through thoughtful and strategic communication efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote organizational goals.
- Create high-quality content for various platforms including website social media and newsletters.
- Manage and enhance our social media presence by developing engaging content and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate and manage internal communications to ensure staff are informed and engaged with organizational initiatives.
- Draft press releases media kits and other communication materials to effectively communicate with the public and media.
- Monitor and analyze communication trends and metrics to improve overall effectiveness and engagement rates.
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or public relations roles.
- Exceptional writing editing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools.
