Job Description

Operational Excellence and Digitization - Senior Program Manager

Partner with the best

Join our team to lead cross-functional initiatives within the GTS Operational Excellence and Digitization this role you will serve as the functional reference point for the GTS digital transformation journey and help shape GTS strategic direction for our core processes and tools; you willbe defining planning and executing the GTS digital transformation journey with a focus on delivering impactful digital initiatives that improve internal processes tools and ultimately enhance the customer experience. This includes owning the roadmap for affected tools coordinating project execution through to adoption and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The position requires close collaboration with GTS Digital GTS business functions and subject matter experts to drive transformation that makes GTS faster smarter and more efficient in the aftermarket business.

As an Operational Excellence and Digitization Program Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the execution of our digital transformation strategy integrating internal processes and tools with digital products to enhance customer experience.
  • Owning and evolving the digital roadmap for core platforms aligning tool capabilities with operational and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process consistency simplification and integration.
  • Defining and prioritizing strategic initiatives balancing customer outcomes business impact and resource availability in line with GTS business objectives. Funnel new ideas into roadmaps and programs.
  • Identifying process gaps and lead improvement efforts aligned with digital transformation and operational excellence standards.
  • Partnering with the GTS digital technology team GTS business functions and subject matter experts to implement strategies supporting systems enrichment and service infrastructure digitization.
  • Driving program execution with accountability for budget timelines change management and ROI.
  • Coordinating and coaching cross-functional teams fostering collaboration learning and accountability to accelerate change adoption.
  • Reporting to senior leadership on program progress risks and outcomes contributing to strategic KPI governance and transformation maturity.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Masters Degree in engineering / management disciplines.
  • Proven experience in Energy industry preferred aftermarket and services segment
  • 10 Years of Experience in Project Management/ Program Management Process and Tool / PMO / Project Management/DT Functional Owner roles: Proven experience in process design & in leading roles in medium-large digital transformation projects
  • Excellent Communication Skills fluent in English and Italian
  • Proven experience on collaborating with executive stakeholders on strategic objectives and large high visibility programs
  • High-energy self-motivated confident team player willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries. Promoter of a culture of collaboration and change
