What youll do: as a receptionist at our busy Honda dealership you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our showroom doors. This individual will greet and assist customers confirm scheduled appointments and serve as a key point of contact between clients and the sales team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with professionalism and warmth in our busy showroom
  • Confirm and manage customer appointments
  • Assist management with payroll and insurance coordination
  • Perform light cashiering duties
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed

What Were Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Basic proficiency with computers and office software
  • Prior experience in reception or administrative roles is a plus
