Job Description
the Client/Process IOPs and ensures quality of service is maintained at
all times.
May support peers with technical or process related challenges during
process executionHas accountability for preparation of export/import documentation andsubmission of the same timely and accurately to to IOPs and deviations to be checked prior with on data quality to ensure SLAs are -to-date understanding/training of Process and IOPs to perform root cause analyses in the event of train new hires on the process(es).
