Service Compliance Inspector
Sede di lavoro: 40019 SantAgata BologneseWe are seeking an experienced Service Compliance Inspector to support our dealer network in Italy. Based in SantAgata this role requires frequent visits to dealers and workshops to ensure that warranty and service claims are handled efficiently and in line with customer service standards.
Activities:
- Conduct visits and inspections at dealers and workshops to ensure repair work and claims are aligned with dealer service standards;
- Verify compliance with service processes: customer complaints repair accuracy cost minimization mechanics work times parts inspections and adherence to repair instructions;
- Support retailers in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency;
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and customer service for the dealer network.
Requirements:
- Experienced automotive mechanic or engineer ideally with background as a Service Manager;
- Strong knowledge of automotive retail workshop and service processes;
- Proven experience with German OEMs service (e.g. Mercedes VW Porsche BMW etc.) repair methods and service tools will be a strong plus;
- Skilled in MS Office and general PC use;
- High degree of mobility flexibility integrity and responsibility;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Languages: Native-level Italian proficiency and business-level English.
