Oracle ERP Change Control Board Engineer

Partner with the best

This role is responsible for supporting the Change Control Board (CCB) process for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ensuring all changes are properly reviewed documented and compliant with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Oracle ERP systems IT change management processes and regulatory compliance frameworks

As an Oracle ERP Change Control Board Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in reviewing proposed changes to Oracle EBS environments (e.g. patches configurations customizations).
  • Ensuring change requests are complete accurate and aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Maintaining detailed records of change approvals testing evidence and deployment plans.
  • Working with Oracle ERP technical and functional teams to understand the impact of changes.
  • Assisting execution of SOX-related change management controls including segregation of duties and audit trails.
  • Supporting internal and external audits by providing documentation and evidence of compliant change processes.
  • Collaborating with IT compliance and audit teams to ensure continuous alignment with SOX requirements.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
  • Have a minimum 3 years of professional experience.
  • Have an experience in IT change management ERP systems or compliance roles.
  • Have an understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite modules and architecture.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance principles and IT general controls (ITGC).
