Director Product DeliveryAbout your role:
As a strategic and results-driven leader at Fiserv the Director of Product Delivery will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products and programs. This role is essential in aligning product delivery with business goals driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. What youll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers Product Owners and Project Managers.
- Establish clear roles responsibilities and performance expectations across delivery teams.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans including timelines milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee execution of multiple concurrent projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders including Vendor Onboarding Cyber Risk Management and others.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Monitor and report on program progress KPIs and delivery metrics.
Experience youll need to have:
- 10 years of experience in program or product delivery leadership roles.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional teams including QA Product and Project Management.
- 8 years of experience working with Agile methodologies Scrum practices and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- 10 years of experience in enterprise-level program delivery.
- 10 years of experience in stakeholder management and communication.
- 8 years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Experience in implementing tools and frameworks for tracking team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Experience working with Fiserv systems.
