The Seasonal Purchase Order Assistant will be responsible for learning and following company purchasing policies and procedures and will assist multiple buying teams with the purchase order process from start to finish.
What Youll Do
Creating/Correcting items in NetSuite
Creating POs in NetSuite
Sending POs to Vendors
Correcting discrepancies between Admin and new NetSuite items
Ensuring that the hierarchy is maintained in NetSuite
Other duties as assigned
What Youll Need
Experience with creating/maintaining styles and POs in an inventory management system
Experience in NetSuite a plus
Excellent communication; written oral and group facilitation
Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues supervisors and managers at all times
Works well under pressure
Ability to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Ability to apply logical thinking and sound judgment to a wide range of practical problems
