SALARY: $77.4K - $111.9K - SIGN ON(case by case)

DESCRIPTION:

Managers report to the DON Unit has CNCs to assist with leadership duties
- Coordinates nursing services and accepts organizational accountability for services provided 24/7.
- The CNM Provides leadership and supervision of personnel including fostering a climate conducive to learning and development.
- Assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel.
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS OF CHARGE NURSE/CNC/NURSE MGR AN ACUTE CARE SETTING
- Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days
