Job Title: Remote Customer Success Manager

We are a rapidly growing company in the AI space dedicated to providing simple automated solutions that eliminate the cost and hassle of corporate photoshoots. This role is crucial for owning the relationship with our enterprise clients and ensuring that our software becomes an indispensable tool for their core operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a deep sense of ownership.

Who We Are

We are a small highly productive and profitable team that is fully remote. Our work environment is fast-paced and relies on async communication with a small core team of developers a design engineer a marketer a customer representative and a founder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Support: Serve as a key point of contact for larger clients helping to onboard new enterprise customers and answer technical questions.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Own the relationship with our clients from the first inbound contact to invoice payment.

  • Proactive Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers who have signed up but have yet to convert answering their questions and helping them overcome obstacles.

  • Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations and handle complex support queries that require in-depth product knowledge.

  • Content Creation: Create and maintain helpdesk articles and other educational resources to support and educate our customer base.

Who Were Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience onboarding supporting or managing relationships with both small and enterprise-level companies.

  • Communication: A clear and well-versed writer with a charismatic personality thats visible in your content and customer contact. Must be comfortable explaining technical concepts.

  • Autonomy: A proactive self-starter who works well autonomously and takes initiative. We are a small team that does not micromanage.

  • Ownership: Takes full ownership of tasks and outcomes from client happiness to project success.

  • Availability: Must be able to work within a US time-zone to best serve our clients.
