Job Summary

As a Senior Marketing Project Manager at Rocket youll drive strategic marketing initiatives from concept to completion across multiple complex workstreams. Youll leverage your expertise in project management methodologies to lead cross-functional teams manage comprehensive project scope and ensure timely delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance our brand presence in the marketplace.

About the Role

Manage scope by guiding the project/program vision objectives outcomes and high-level work breakdown
Manage scheduling and milestones by developing and maintaining a comprehensive plan aligned to priority goals
Identify key project success metrics and qualitative success criteria to measure progress and impact
Manage project/program quality by ensuring plans remain up-to-date in rapidly changing work environments
Maintain accurate and current artifacts related to all phases of the project or program management lifecycle
Manage communications by defining engaging and advising stakeholders on execution and progress
Identify and document how project or program scope impacts business processes or technology architecture

About You
Minimum Qualifications

5 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years specifically in marketing or advertising project management
Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or related field
Demonstrated success managing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns or initiatives
Strong understanding of marketing principles digital marketing channels and campaign execution
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to assess and solve problems with urgency while thinking strategically about business growth
Proficiency in communicating and breaking down complex business strategy
Project Management Professional certification Program Management Professional certification or equivalent
Agile and/or product development life cycle experience
Experience delivering projects requiring frequent communication and acute attention to detail
