Night Lead Support Worker

Blyth Northumberland

Permanent Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Earn 13.21 per hour (25838 per annum)

This is a job suitable to anyone who is a natural night owl preferring to stay awake working hard through the night instead of snoozing away with the rest of the world.

Typical shift as a Lead Support Worker

  • Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating the shift.
  • Support customers with complex needs in daily living tenancy and moving to independence.
  • Carrying out risk assessments support planning goal setting and regular reviews.
  • Provide person-centred compassionate support without rushing.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues for consistent quality support

You bring

  • Passion to support our customers to live their best life working collaboratively with an eye for detail.
  • Experience creating person-centred support plans and guiding colleagues to follow them.
  • Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals.
  • The ability to workon your own initiative remaincalm under pressure and havea resilient approach

We cant sponsor you due to certificate limits. We review this regularly.

Job details

  • Occasionally our customers needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible we will always try to night shift on a rolling rota of 3 nights on and 3 nights off.
  • Shifts will be between 8pm and 8am.
  • Although youll work nights we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings.
  • Confident using technology for plans online learning and teamwork.
  • Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
