Skilled Deep Drainage Pipelayer

Coinford are specialists in groundworks and concrete frames and right now were looking for an experienced deep drainage pipelayer to join our team of professionals delivering top-tier civil engineering and infrastructure works.

• Deep drainage expert confident laying concrete clay and plastic pipes (all sizes)

• Skilled in using pipe lasers to achieve correct falls and levels

• Competent in trench drag and manhole box setup

• Able to bench manholes to a high standard

• Accurate pipe testing and correct bedding/backfilling of trenches

• Manage groundwater effectively with appropriate pump setup

• Strong understanding of live services and service avoidance

• Experience reading and working from technical drawings

• Capable of pre-start inspections on small plant and reporting maintenance needs

• 5 years experience in groundworks (especially drainage)

• Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets (e.g. Dumper Roller Telehandler)

• Reliable punctual and safety-driven

• Works well with other trades and site operatives

• Committed to quality and meeting programme deadlines

• Must have right to work in the UK
