Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to direct and manage the production activities at Ingleburn as well as to provide direction and support to our supported employees in the workplace to achieve business and individual performance objectives.
The role will:
Provide direction and support to supported employees and other staff related to the quality control outcomes required for both safety and commercial customer satisfaction and requirements. With a specific focus on safety quality control SOP adherence process and competency the Process Lead Quality will ensure the compliance standards at all levels are met.
The successful candidate will need:-
- proven ability to direct the activity of the team to achieve business outcomes within set timeframes
- minimum of 3years experience working in the disability sector
- current C class drivers licence
- strong personal commitment to working in a for-purpose organisation
- experience working within ISO 9001:2015 QMS business is desirable but no essential
