You will participate in a team that is defining architecture and firmware requirements for how different wireless systems need to respond to facilitate a flawless experience. This will involve collaborating with multiple Apple wireless teams to develop the technical solution end to end. YOUR DAILY WORK INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING TASKS:- Architect key mitigations for Cellular and Wifi SoCs among others to protect performance of other active systems.- Review/outline SoC mitigations for both FW/HW for different chipsets and guide teams through the technical tradeoffs vs performance requirements to meet product needs. - Assist development teams in optimizing implementation to balance performance and memory management/complexity KPIs.

5 years of experience and proven track record in specifying and implementing wireless platforms.
Experience in leading multi-functional teams by technical expertise
Understanding MAC Layer1 control plane procedures for cellular and/or WIFI BT technologies.
Deep understanding of wireless communication platforms and product design constraints.
Good knowledge of 3GPP standards (LTE NR) and related procedures.
Ability to present sophisticated technical topics to a multi-level audience.
Proficient in technical English and programming skills e.g. C Matlab.
MSEE or beyond is preferred.
Define and specify wireless systems procedures and system architectures with a focus on UE chipset architecture for concurrency management between different radios/subsystems.
Analyze and propose platform measures (HW/SW) to counter impacts of external systems while balancing performance KPIs.
