Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated people to join our D365 support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals from any technical/operations equivalent educational background who are passionate about technology problem-solving and learning ERP solutions. As a Microsoft Dynamics D365 professional you will work alongside experienced professionals learn how to analyze the issues troubleshoot configure and optimize D365FO systems on SCM operations and contribute to impactful projects.
Job Description
We are looking for aD365 SupportEngineer.This position willbefull-timeandBangalore Location.
What Youll Do
- Work on interface and monitor dashboards to ensure consistent performance across the platform
- Closely work with the technical team to troubleshoot the identified issues
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues reported by users on SCM operations based on SLAs
- Work closely with the stakeholders
- Able to work in shifts
- Maintain SLA track history on tickets
What Youll Need
- Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Information Systems Business Administration or related field is preferred. Masters in Business administration is an added advantage
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand business problems and propose solutions.
- Eagerness to Learn: Passion for learning new technologies especially Microsoft tools and applications.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of any ERP tools and Microsoft certifications is an added advantage.
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor.
