Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our dynamic this role you will leverage your extensive experience to enhance manufacturing processes improve efficiency and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives and advancing process excellence across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop configure and optimize industrial processes from initial concept through to startup and certification.
- Conduct thorough analyses of processes collect measurements and interpret data to identify improvement areas.
- Design test and upgrade systems and processes ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Mentor junior engineers providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure all processes adhere to environmental and safety standards.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in process engineering or a related role.
- Proven experience with process simulations and engineering software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma are preferred.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
