Description

As Caesars continues to redefine the VIP experience across both digital and physical platforms were seeking a dynamic Omnichannel Executive Host to lead engagement with high value players across iGaming and Caesars properties in New Jersey. This hybrid role blends the energy of digital casino and sportsbook with the prestige of in-person hospitality offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of VIP service.

Location: Atlantic City NJ (Caesars property office with support at Tropicana and Harrahs; hybrid flexibility)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

VIP Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for top-tier players across online and property channels
  • Build lasting relationships through personalized outreach via phone text email and in-person interactions
  • Strategically drive engagement deposits and loyalty across both platforms

Cross-Channel Service Excellence

  • Deliver concierge level support for account issues promotions and exclusive experiences
  • Ensure seamless transitions between digital and property experiences maintaining white-glove service throughout
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Support Compliance Payments etc.) to resolve issues and elevate service

Activation & Engagement

  • Promote and support property activations Caesars Rewards benefits and exclusive events
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics to tailor offers and optimize player journeys
  • Represent the brand at high-profile events both online and on-site

Performance & Strategy

  • Analyze KPIs (deposit frequency session activity bonus ROI) to refine outreach and offers
  • Share player insights with leadership to inform broader strategy and innovation
  • Contribute to the development of local and national VIP programs

Compliance & Integrity

  • Uphold NJDGE and Caesars compliance standards
  • Promote responsible gaming and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Handle guest disputes professionally in coordination with Risk and Legal teams

What You Bring

  • 5 years in casino hosting iGaming sales or VIP services
  • Deep understanding of the New Jersey gaming market
  • Strong communication tech proficiency (Salesforce Microsoft Office) and independent work ethic
  • Flexibility for nights/weekends and hybrid work
  • Eligibility for New Jersey gaming license

Additional Requirements

  1. Travel: Occasional travel outside New Jersey may be required (up to 1015%) including attendance at national events or cross-property activations
  2. Licensing: Must be eligible for a New Jersey gaming license. Additional state licenses may be required based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM segmentation and player lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with iGaming platforms and sportsbook operations
  • Multilingual communication skills (especially Spanish or Mandarin)
  • Prior success in cross-functional collaboration with marketing analytics and compliance teams

The salary range for this position is $43888.00 - $73097.83 USD which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience geography business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
