Job Description: Program Manager
Responsibilities
- Serve as the STIM Task Lead and onsite representative in the Atlanta GA office.
- Provide oversight management and leadership for all contract staff supporting the Security Tool and Infrastructure Management Services (STIM).
- Act as the primary liaison between the Contractor team the CSO Director the STIM Branch Chief and the STIM Branch Supervisors.
- Manage contract staff resources ensuring proper allocation tasking and utilization across all STIM service areas.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives deliverables and compliance with performance standards.
- Provide regular briefings and updates to stakeholders including the Government Task Lead and Contracting Officers Representative (COR).
- Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity policies mandates and evolving HHS requirements.
- Support incident response communication of cybersecurity issues and classified briefings as required under the contract.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 10 years of progressive experience in program or project management with demonstrated expertise in IT or cybersecurity environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse technical teams in a federal government setting.
- Proven ability to brief senior leadership government stakeholders and external partners with clarity and precision.
- Familiarity with federal cybersecurity standards policies and compliance requirements (e.g. FISMA NIST OMB guidance).
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances (up to Top Secret/SCI if required by the DD 254).
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
