Job Title: Senior Director Enterprise Systems (Workday and ServiceNow)

TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Director Enterprise Systems (Workday and ServiceNow). This is a Full-Time role based in Chicago with remote flexibility.
The Senior Director Enterprise Systems is responsible for leading the vision strategy and execution of enterprise applications across clinical business and research operations. As an executive leader you will oversee the delivery and optimization of critical systems ensuring alignment with organizational mission and strategic objectives.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
Bachelors degree required.
10-15 years of IS management experience within a dynamic and complex health system.
Demonstrated executive leadership skills with a strong ability to set priorities and execute institutional goals.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and capable of building consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Strategic leader with a proven track record of building trust across all levels of an organization.
ERP (Workday) implementation and optimization experience required.
CRM (ServiceNow) implementation and optimization experience preferred.
Experience managing a $10M budget with full line management accountability.
Experience with program/project management application delivery and operational excellence background.
Proven ability to design and drive organizational change.
Deep understanding of application management best practices and service-oriented architecture.
Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws.
Astitute Analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to deliver complex initiatives.
What Youll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
Provide strategic leadership for enterprise applications including ERP (Workday) CRM (ServiceNow) and other core technologies such as UKG.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish IT strategies roadmaps and investments.
Direct enterprise systems portfolio planning budgeting and staffing.
Develop standards processes and tools to optimize enterprise application management.
Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
Oversee multimillion-dollar portfolio ensuring vendor alignment operational excellence and transformative delivery.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team fostering collaboration growth and accountability.
Manage IT vendor relationships to maximize value and ensure contract compliance.
Contribute to enterprise-wide committees task forces and performance improvement efforts.
Passionate and up to date on industry trends including interoperability digital health CRM telemedicine and population health management.
Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $175K - 250K depending on experience and qualifications. This role also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance a 401(k) plan and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
