Job Summary:
As Director of Corporate Finance and Capital Management you will play a key role in modeling planning and optimizing the internal capital structure of Everests global subsidiaries across the US Europe Bermuda Latin America and Asia. Youll collaborate with global finance teams to ensure capital efficiency across the enterprise. This role requires strong quantitative modeling and analytical skills particularly in Excel. Familiarity with reinsurance contracts capital regulation and actuarial risk will strengthen your candidacy.

This is a hybrid position in our Warren NJ headquarters requiring 3 days onsite 2 remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the AVP of Corporate Finance and Capital Management in developing and executing capital strategies
Collect review and organize financial and model data from global sources and internal systems
Assist with internal data collection for rating agency models
Develop and maintain financial models for the Group and subsidiaries to support capital projections and strategic decisions
Collaborate across functions to enhance capital management processes
Evaluate regulatory and rating agency models to identify capital drivers assess risk mitigants and oversee Group capital utilization
Analyze the capital impact of reinsurance transactions
Produce regular reports on actual and projected capital positions
Summarize and present capital and financial analyses to stakeholders
Support analysis related to mergers and acquisitions
Assist with capital markets transaction analysis
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in Finance Actuarial Science Economics or a quantitative discipline
Progress toward or completion of a professional designation (e.g. MAAA FSA CFA) is preferred
2-5 years of experience in corporate finance investment banking actuarial or brokerage roles related to P&C insurance or reinsurance
Advanced Excel skills including proficiency with complex formulas and data analysis
Strong capabilities in financial and risk modeling
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate with global teams across Europe Asia and Latin America
Capacity to work independently and within teams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with regulatory and rating agency capital models
Solid understanding of reinsurance principles
Experience in M&A transaction analysis
Experience with capital markets transactions
Progress toward or completion of a professional designation (e.g. MAAA FSA CFA)
The base salary range for this position is $135000 - $175000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education experience qualifications and work location.
