Description
Every can and keg of Revolution beer that makes it into the world starts with our Packaging teamand were looking for a hands-on team-focused Shift Supervisor to help keep the line moving and the beer flowing.
As a Packaging Shift Supervisor youll lead a crew of Packaging Specialists on the floor making sure safety quality and production standards are hit every single day. Youll be the go-to person for training new employees troubleshooting the line and keeping communication smooth between shifts. Most importantly youll set the tone by living our 5 Core Values and keeping the crew motivated as we package Chicagos favorite beers.
This role is based at our Kedzie Avenue brewery in Chicago. Expect to spend your time on the floor leading the team with plenty of problem-solving coaching and high-fives along the way. The timing of this shift is 1pm-9pm - it is a second shift supervisor role.

What youll be doing:
- Running daily packaging operations on cans and kegsfrom equipment startup to shutdown
- Training and coaching team members on safety quality checks and packaging best practices
- Troubleshooting equipment issues (fillers conveyors palletizers keg lineyou name it) and keeping things running
- Tracking production in SAP in real-time so the numbers always match the beer coming off the line
- Overseeing quality checks like seams fills and TPO while making sure GMP and HACCP standards are followed
- Keeping the space clean safe and organized while promoting a strong safety culture
- Handing off clear end-of-shift reports so the next crew can hit the ground running
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced production or packaging environment (bonus if its in brewing beverage or food)
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsyoure the type who doesnt just spot a problem but knows how to fix it
- Strong communication skills and leadership experienceyou can coach a team while keeping things efficient and positive
- A quality-first mindset with knowledge of GMPs HACCP or similar food/beverage standards
- Comfort with computer systems like SAP production tracking tools or similar software
- Someone ready to roll up their sleeves lead from the floor and keep Revolutions beer flowing out the door.
