Job Summary
Be the go to expert driving secure reliable desktops across our enterprise.
Were looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer with deep technical expertise a passion for innovation and the curiosity to continuously learn and take on new this role youll manage and optimize our enterprise desktop environment leverage the latest Microsoft technologies and play a key role in enhancing user productivity and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Desktop Engineering Manage enterprise desktop and laptop environments usingMECMfor deployment software packaging and updates.
- Enhance Modern Workplace Solutions Implement and support Intune and Microsoft 365 to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Automation & Scripting Utilize scripting and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Advanced Technical Support Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for complex application issues.
- Collaboration Work closely with IT Support Services Security Networking and Application teams to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Mentorship Guide junior engineers and support staff fostering knowledge sharing across the team.
- Flexibility Take on additional duties and projects as needed while embracing new learning opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:3 years in desktop engineering (including 1 year with MECM).
- Technical Skills:Windows 10/11 Active Directory Group Policy and PowerShell scripting.
- Problem Solving:Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mindset:Desire to learn adapt and take on new responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Experience with PatchMyPC Citrix Hyper V Azure AWS or other virtualization/cloud technologies.
- Prior legal experience

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a compensation range of $110K to $120K annually commensurate with experience and qualifications.
