The Sunday Times is seeking a features editor to join the Style magazine team.
The successful candidate will be able to pitch strong ideas for the different sections of Style commission and edit engaging features have excellent contacts with writers and book publishers and will oversee the trends-led Barometer section at the front of the magazine. You will be plugged into all aspects of pop culture from fashion to food to Tik Tok and know what is coming before anyone else.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced organised and creative journalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Commission and edit distinctive features and interviews for Style
Work with production colleagues in design pictures and sub-editing to produce Style content as efficiently as possible meeting deadlines
Work with the TNL audience team to promote Style content through social media and search attracting new subscribers
Skills and experience
Experience working as a features editor or writer on a national newspaper magazine or website
Experience in and a demonstrable passion for all things fashion and trends-related
Highly organised with strong planning skills
Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines
Able to use social media platforms to engage current and new audiences for The Sunday Times
A strong understanding of editorial compliance and regulatory issues
