This is a Hybrid role based out of Waterloo. Hybrid is 3 days a week onsite 2 days a week remote.
What Youll Do:
- SAP Digital Manufacturing is a mission critical application for our customers who produce anything from food to electronics medical instruments or automotive parts. Our cloud service must be extremely reliable and run our customers shop floor operations with high performance in discrete and process manufacturing industries around the world.
- We are looking for a highly motivatedSeniorProduct Specialist in SAP Digital Manufacturing Execution who wants to increase the success of SAPs market-leading cloud-based manufacturing solution by providing powerful automation capabilities easy to configure deploy and monitor across different manufacturing sites.
- You will be working with your empowered product team to discover and deliver delighting innovation based on opportunities and problems to be solved defined by the overall product vision and strategy. With a data-driven-approach you can manage and increment features delivered to drive adoption within the customer base
- Are you passionate about making our customers happy We would love to welcome you as the Product Manager for SAP Digital Manufacturing.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science natural science business administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software innovation projects consulting product management or support.
- Domain knowledge in manufacturing and/or logistics combined with strong analytical skills and a technical expertise of SAP BTP based cloud solutions.
- Committed team player with a can-do and customer focused outcome-oriented innovation attitude. Design thinking expertise welcome but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal coordination communication and presentation skills.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 102400 - 214300 (CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skills experience scope of the role location etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role which involves global interactions with SAP entities as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
