Job Description
We are currently hiring a full-time Dietary Supervisor to assist the Dietary Manager with the supervision of the Dietary Department.
Redbanks is a locally managed community focused not-for-profit Skilled Nursing Center located in Henderson Ky. the primary tasks include requisition of supplies and equipment; purchasing of the food. Keep records and compile reports concerning technical and administrative operations. Assist in managing the Dining Services Department within budget.
Qualifications:
- Ability to relate positively effectively and appropriately with residents families community members volunteers and other facility staff. Possess special interest in and a positive attitude about working with long-term care residents.
- Ability to taste and smell food to determine quality and palatability.
- Ability to handle and manipulate equipment in supervising demonstrating and assisting in food preparation and serving.
- Supervisory manager experience and institutional kitchen experience.
- Computer experience a must.
