Job Summary

We are currently hiring a full-time Dietary Supervisor to assist the Dietary Manager with the supervision of the Dietary Department.

Redbanks is a locally managed community focused not-for-profit Skilled Nursing Center located in Henderson Ky. the primary tasks include requisition of supplies and equipment; purchasing of the food. Keep records and compile reports concerning technical and administrative operations. Assist in managing the Dining Services Department within budget.

Qualifications:

Ability to relate positively effectively and appropriately with residents families community members volunteers and other facility staff. Possess special interest in and a positive attitude about working with long-term care residents.
Ability to taste and smell food to determine quality and palatability.
Ability to handle and manipulate equipment in supervising demonstrating and assisting in food preparation and serving.
Supervisory manager experience and institutional kitchen experience.
Computer experience a must.
