Enjoys working in a highly collaborative and supportive team environment What We Are Looking For The Operation Manager supervises directs and develops operational strategies to ensure optimal performance and that quality of production and operations is met in both the office production and warehouse environments. Who You Are - Not afraid to get out into a manufacturing operations environment to work shoulder-to-shoulder with plant leadership to resolve problems and challenges.

- A people person able to quickly build rapport and relationships at all levels of the organization from the CEO to production operators.
- Skilled at leading and influencing people across direct and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities - Leads Manufacturing and Blending teams
- Ensures and promotes all food and safety standards and regulations are met
- Creates and implements plans and objectives for employees to optimize performance in production and operations
- Recommends and advises the Production Manager of workplace improvements and operational strategies to reach company objectives and goals
- Implements strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Responsible for implementing company policies and procedures
- Sets timelines of projects and monitors projects through completion
- Develops systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Prepares financial and productivity reports to document plant progress
- Allocates resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Other duties as assigned
Must Have REQUIREMENTS
- Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors degree in business or other related education preferred
- 3-5 years of applicable direct food manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership and management position
- Computer proficiency with MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- Constant periods standing and walking through production and warehouse spaces
- Regular periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to work near food ingredients exposure to food allergens
- Location: inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment
- You must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards
- You must be able to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards
