Title: Commercial Planning Manager
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Commercial Planning Manager.to support the commercial team in optimizing business this role you will analyze key commercial metrics provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across product portfolio marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial strategies drive operational efficiency and refine reporting frameworks that improve business monitoring. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Analysis:
- Evaluate product performance across various metrics to identify strengths weaknesses and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations for portfolio optimization including product introductions or discontinuations.
Marketing Effectiveness:- Analyze marketing campaigns to assess ROI and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies based on analytical insights.
- Provide recommendations on promo effectiveness and future implementation.
Customer Insights:- Conduct customer segmentation and behavior analysis to inform targeted marketing efforts.
- Utilize customer feedback and data to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:- Define frameworks to measure operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to drive operational optimization enhance supplier collaborations and improve overall commercial efficiency.
Reporting & Communication:- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
About You:- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Statistics or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA/CMA) preferred.
- 27 years of experience in business analysis / commercial planning preferably within the FMCG sector or a consulting firm.
- High proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
