You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDPR Construction is seeking a Project Office Coordinator with at least 3 years of administrative experience. This position will work with all members of the organization as well as our clients and vendors and will be responsible for the following:
Reception
Greeting visitors and guests direct to appropriate person/meeting room. (daily)
Sign-in visitors and coordinate badges. (daily)
Notify security of visitors. (daily)
Office Management
Order lunch as requested for office and coordinate onsite delivery
Manage conference room schedulers for DPR and trade partners
Review conference room schedule and assist with conference room set-up for meetings and events. Order meals if needed for meetings. Direct catering vendors to appropriate room for set-up.
Work with vendors to make sure break room is appropriately stocked.
Maintain distribution lists
Update org chart as needed
Maintain weekend & late night work calendar
Order office/cleaning supplies as needed.
Order monitors iPads docking stations
Track iPads on asset registry
Printer maintenance
Manage cleaning staff
Order swag and coordinate distribution
Celebrate with team (birthdays births new hires) and create morale boosters
Coordinate trailer maintenance as needed
Prepare weekly project report and distribute to ownership team.
Prepare monthly project report and distribute to ownership team.
Events
Coordinate office team building activities as needed
Organize and communicate large site lunches/milestone celebrations
Assist Richmond office coordinator with business unit events
Community Initiatives Task Force
Shipping/Receiving/Correspondence
Receive incoming packages (UPS Fed Ex USPS Amazon) and notify recipients.
Check the mailbox weekly
Prepare outgoing packages as needed.
Onboarding
Lead office tours
Welcome Packet overview
Introduce and announce new hires to the team
Collect IT equipment as needed and reassign
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage tasks produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
Ability to identify and resolve issues.
Professionalism and pleasant demeanor.
Proficient computer skills.
3 years of administrative work.
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude about DPR.
