Assist with the administration of head contracts subcontracts and purchase orders.
Prepare review and issue contract documentation including scopes of work variations and payment claims.
Monitor and manage subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
Track and manage project budgets forecasts and cost reports.
Assess negotiate and process variations and claims in accordance with contract terms.
Support the preparation of monthly progress claims and reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records registers and documentation.
Liaise with the project manager site team subcontractors and clients to resolve contractual or commercial issues.
Ensure compliance with Worley procedures legal requirements and relevant standards.
Assist in the preparation and review of procurement schedules and tender evaluations.
