Zur Verstrkung unseres Workplace Management Team suchen wir Sie als
Technischer Leiter im Facilities Management (m/w/d)
Die Rolle ist eine Fhrungsposition zur berwachung kritischer Infrastruktursysteme in einem 150.000 m groen pharmazeutischen Produktionskomplex. Gewhrleistung der regulatorischen Compliance nach EMA- BfArM- und FDA-Standards bei gleichzeitiger Aufrechterhaltung der Betriebsexzellenz fr die Herstellung lebensrettender Arzneimittel.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Betriebsfhrung:Leitung der Versorgungssysteme und Gebudeinstandhaltung ber 150.000 m Betriebsflche mit einer Verfgbarkeit von 9995% fr produktionskritische Systeme
- Personalfhrung:Fhrung von 50 technischen Fachkrften in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik Kltetechnik RLT-Anlagen und Versorgungsmanagement
- Compliance:Sicherstellung der vollstndigen Einhaltung deutscher Arzneimittelgesetze (AMG) EMA-Standards sowie GMP/GDP-Anforderungen
- Notfallmanagement:Management kritischer Systemausflle in Reinrumen und Produktionsinfrastruktur
- Budgetverantwortung:Leitung der jhrlichen Budgetplanung und Kostenoptimierung fr Instandhaltungsmanahmen
- Lieferantenmanagement:berwachung der Koordination von Dienstleistern und Qualifizierung von Zulieferern fr pharmazeutische Anlagen
Ihr Profil:
- Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Facility Management
- Mehrjhrige Jahre Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung pharmazeutischer/biotechnologischer Anlagen
- Mehrjhrige Jahre Fhrungserfahrung in regulierten Life-Sciences-Betrieben
- Fundierte Kenntnisse deutscher Arzneimittelvorschriften (AMG AMWHV) und EU-GMP-Anforderungen
- Erfahrung mit pharmazeutischen Versorgungssystemen (WFI-Systeme Reindampf Druckluft)
- Reinraumklassifizierung (ISO 14644) und kontrollierte Umgebungen
- CMMS-Plattformen (Maximo SAP PM)
- Gebudeleittechnik (GLT/BMS)
- Fhrungsstrke und Personalentwicklung
- Regulatory Compliance und Dokumentationsdisziplin
- Notfallmanagement und Problemlsung unter Zeitdruck
- Bereichsbergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion Qualitt und Engineering
