Job Summary
Infosys is seeking aOTC Derivatives Business Analyst.As a Consultant you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Location for this position is Pennington NJ or Plano TX . Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience in OTC derivatives trade support or middle/back-office analysis.
- Deep understanding of OTC derivative instruments (e.g. swaps forwards exotic products) life-cycle events collateral and regulatory environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Atleast 4years of relevant experience in OTC derivatives trade support or middle/back-office analysis.
- Practical knowledge in product features and trade mechanics for both exchange-traded and OTC derivatives.
- Strong analytical mindset attention to detail and adeptness with data tools (Excel SQL business intelligence platforms).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to translate business needs clearly.
- Experience in Agile delivery JIRA Confluence or other project management tools is a bonus.
- Experience working in evolving bank systems and enterprise technology environments.
- Familiarity with ISDA agreements or collateral/margin frameworks (e.g. CSA).
- Exposure to market risk credit risk or collateral management systems.
- Prior experience in banking or capital markets especially in major financial institutions.
- Planning and Co-ordination skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
