Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple Project Managers with project deliverables timelines and budgets.
- Understand customer contracts scopes of work and financial commitments.
- Serve as a customer-facing subject matter expert (SME) during deployment meetings.
- Maintain accurate and reportable data across internal and customer systems.
- Provide regular financial reporting against commitments and keep stakeholders updated.
- Identify risks manage scope changes and escalate issues as needed.
- Resolve conflicts and drive resolution with both internal teams and customers.
- Customer Focused: Build strong relationships and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Plans & Aligns: Prioritize tasks to meet commitments aligned with project and organizational goals.
- Communicates Effectively: Deliver clear tailored communications to varied audiences.
- Ensures Accountability: Take ownership and hold others accountable for commitments.
- Drives Results: Consistently achieve outcomes even under challenging conditions.
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3 years in project management with exposure to budgets and financial tracking.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel including large datasets and reporting.
- Other Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial metrics.
- Customer-facing project management experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of public right-of-way project deployment (preferred).
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional and leadership-level relationships.
