Location: Hybrid (Aurora CO or Waco TX)
Department: Accounting/Finance
Base Pay Range: $60000 to $80000 depending on candidate experience qualifications education and location.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is critical in managing vendor invoices purchase orders expense reporting and monthly reconciliations while also supporting financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting operations thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a proactive approach to process improvement and automation.

Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for building financial reports managing Concur invoice workflows overseeing purchase order accuracy and supporting vendor reconciliations. This role will also assist with month-end close corporate credit card postings and expense reporting. The Financial Analyst will provide backup coverage for critical accounting tasks and will play a key role in process improvements and S4HANA implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain recurring financial reports related to freight inventory and purchasing.
- Support financial analysis and reporting to management including cost center reporting and variance analysis.
- Partner with BI analyst in reporting automation
- Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen accuracy compliance and efficiency across accounting and finance functions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing customer service and operations to ensure alignment and streamlined processes.
- Conduct monthly vendor statement reviews reconciling vendor statements to SAP records.
- Manage freight-related purchase orders and invoices in Concur including cost center assignments 3-way matching and resolution of disputes with customer service.
- Disburse ACH remittances by preparing and emailing vendor payment details following scheduled payment runs.
- Assist with monthly processing of corporate credit card invoices and disbursement of Concur expense summaries.
- Assist with ensuring invoices and vendor communications are routed and addressed.
- Support general full-cycle accounting as needed.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field.
Experience:
- 24 years of experience in accounting operations financial analysis or accounts payable
- Experience with SAP Concur Tableau or similar BI/ERP systems Preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP/Concur/Tableau preferred)
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Dependability and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
