Job Summary

Clients Network Engineering team is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with expertise in Aviatrix automation (Terraform) and multi-cloud networking. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS Azure GCP and Oracle Cloud networking as well as traditional routing/switching network security and automation this role you will architect build automate and manage Rubriks Global Network Infrastructure. Youll collaborate with a talented team on cutting-edge projects within TechOps Infrastructure delivering an optimized scalable and secure global network.

Key Responsibilities

Design implement and support hybrid network infrastructure across on-premises and multi-cloud (AWS Azure GCP Oracle).
Ensure network stability performance and availability for enterprise and cloud environments.
Manage and support routing switching and network security technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Automate network operations using Python Ansible and Terraform.
Actively participate in on-call rotation for timely support and resolution of network issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure scalable and resilient network solutions.

Mandatory Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
7 years of network engineering experience with expertise in network architecture and design.
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP); cloud certification is preferred.
Proficiency in routing protocols (OSPF BGP/MBGP) VPN IPv4/IPv6 VxLAN and L2/L3 networking.
Strong knowledge of routing & switching (Cisco IOS NX-OS Meraki Nexus Mellanox Cumulus).
Experience with network security technologies: Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls 802.1x VPN technologies.
Hands-on expertise with Aviatrix for multi-cloud networking.
Strong automation skills with Python Ansible Terraform.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Public Cloud Network Certifications (AWS Azure or GCP).
Strong understanding of data center campus and global WAN connectivity.
