Job Summary (List Format):

- Coordinates the daily operations of the Sleep Lab under the direction of the Manager FH Rehabilitation Sleep and EEG Services
- Ensures compliance with entity and department policies procedures and mandatory requirements
- Provides customer service-focused care in all interactions
- Appropriately utilizes internal and external resources to support patient care
- Documents patient information and procedures according to guidelines
- Effectively manages time and prioritizes responsibilities
- Sets up adjusts and operates medical equipment and instruments for sleep studies
- Performs sleep diagnostic testing as ordered by physicians
- Addresses and responds to the age-specific needs of patients from infants to older adults
- Performs therapeutic procedures with a focus on patient care and safety
- Assists physicians during procedures in the Sleep Lab
- Maintains troubleshoots and orders supplies for medical equipment as needed
- Completes assigned administrative and miscellaneous tasks
- Delivers excellent service to patients families visitors and staff reflecting the hospitals CARES values (compassion accountability respect excellence service)
- Requires Board Registration as a Polysomnographic Technologist and current CPR certification
