Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Siebel Business System Analyst with 5 years of experience to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The role involves gathering requirements translating them into functional specifications and supporting Siebel CRM enhancements integrations and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business requirements for Siebel CRM.
Translate requirements into functional designs workflows and use cases.
Collaborate with developers QA and business teams to deliver solutions.
Support configuration customization and testing in Siebel.
Perform gap analysis impact assessments and propose solutions.
Coordinate UAT and ensure timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
5 years of experience as a BSA with strong expertise in Siebel CRM.
Hands-on experience in Siebel configuration workflows and EAI.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Siebel Open UI and API integrations.
Familiarity with middleware tools like Mulesoft.
Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
