Pay Rate Range: $65.00 - $78.55/Hr. on W2.

This would be a 12-Months contract position to begin with a potential to get extended.

Job Description:

What is the primary mission of this role

Provide Quality support to the SM-3 programs

What are the main functions of this role

Create quality planning to administer customer and internal quality requirements to Raytheon program teams and supply base including First Article Inspection (FAI) planning. Ensure Quality Engineering engagement in program development design test requirements and verification. Onsite support for hardware review and non-conforming material disposition supporting classified programs (requires Secret clearance).

Required Skill Sets:

Quality Engineering or Operations experience with working knowledge of engineering development material acquisition production test & product acceptance.

Desired Skill Sets:

Infrared industry semiconductor processing or DoD industry experience preferably working with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

Years of Experience Required (if any):

Minimum of 5 years experience.

Education Level Required:

BS STEM degree.

How will the contractors success be measured:

Completion of discrete tasks such as FAI planning and execution along with matrix feedback from Integrated Product Team with respect to the effective implementation and flowdown of Quality requirements. Factory support for process reviews customer source inspection and non-conforming material disposition.
