Job Summary
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Family Medicine
Start Date: 9/8/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Newport NH 03773
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8
Shift Notes: 40 hrs/week- varied schedule - 9a-7p 9a-5p 9a-3p possible Sunday through Saturday
Weekend Requirements: Part of shift/Holiday coverage required if needed
On-Call Requirements: None
COVID-19/FLU Requirement: COVID VACCINATION PREFERRED FOR THIS FACILITY
Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 75-mile radius restriction)

Submission Requirements
- 2 years LPN experience in Clinic Setting
- PEDIATRIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED!
- URGENT CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience with patients of all ages - Required
- Previous travel experience - Preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Perm Address must be included in profile
- ANY/ALL RTO MUST BE INCLUDED IN PROFILE
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile
- BLS (AHA)
