Job Summary

Role : MS Dynamics Project Manager.

Location : Waterloo Indiana

Strong experience with D365 F&O ( Finance & Operation ) important for PM to understand the processes involved with an ERP

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans including timelines milestones and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead cross-functional teams including IT finance supply chain and operations.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders consultants developers and vendors.
Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and ensure alignment with business needs.
Provide consistent updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Risk & Change Management

Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
Manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption through training and support.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live support.

Technical Oversight

Manage ERP migrations upgrades and integrations with third-party systems.
Ensure best practices in business process automation and system optimization.
Oversee documentation release management and performance tuning.

Post-Implementation

Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or related field.
5 10 years of experience in full-cycle ERP project management preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven track record of managing multiple ERP/CRM projects with team sizes of 5 15.

Certifications (Preferred)

PMP PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g. MB-300 MB-310 MB-320 MB-500).

Skills

Strong knowledge of D365 implementation methodologies.
Expertise in Agile Waterfall or Hybrid project management.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
Experience with Azure Power Platform (Power BI Power Automate Power Apps).
