Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst 5 to join our team in Lansing MI. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis methodologies and IT project planning. This role requires strong documentation skills and the ability to analyze complex business problems. The candidate must be available for in-person interviews and will work on a hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business functional and technical requirements for software projects.
- Analyze current business methods and procedures for potential improvements.
- Develop requirements and RFP narratives based on IT project planning and implementation knowledge.
- Collaborate on complex business problems and system interfaces.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in project goals.
