Position: Contractor - Filing Specialist

Location: Malvern PA 19355

Duration: 3 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Work Type: Remote

Job Description:

Clients Prospectuses & Filings team is seeking a legal professional with DFIN ArcPro expertise to support a prospectus disclosure project.

In this role you will:

Review and implement complex disclosure revisions.
Create and modify content files within the ArcPro platform.
Implement new or modified formatting to prospectus disclosure within the ArcPro platform.
Demonstrate sound judgment when modifying adding or creating variables within content files.
Collaborate with a team of legal administrators editors legal analysts and attorneys to ensure accuracy and consistency across fund prospectus disclosure.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience using the DFIN ArcPro platform to build modify and publish N-1A registration statements.
Ability to problem-solve issues independently within ArcPro.
Minimum of 3 years related work experience in ArcPro.
Knowledge of mutual funds and ETFs and N-1A is preferred.
