Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Concord New Hampshire - Hybrid
Duration: 6Months
Job Description:
Document and manage new and existing business
processes to facilitate training analysis and redesign.
Conduct a thorough analysis of existing and new
business processes and identify opportunities for
improving workforce efficiency.
Conduct a thorough analysis of operational business
requirements and conduct a gap analysis for any
required modification to an existing business process
Create and maintain a requirements database that
documents how each existing or new business
requirement is being supported.
Validate that any proposed solution to an existing
requirement satisfactorily meets the underlying need.
Collect marketing materials from industry solution
providers that claim to satisfy the identified business
requirements.
Document and manage new and existing functional
capabilities provided by existing and proposed IT
solutions.
Conduct a thorough analysis of existing capabilities
against documented business requirements to
determine where gaps in technology are preventing
the efficient execution of business processes.
Validate that any proposed solution successfully
delivers a new functional business capability that
addresses one or more existing requirements.
Build and execute thorough test scripts to ascertain
the breadth and depth of a capability consistently.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher with two (2) to five (5) years of experience at least two (2) of which are in projects with the same size and complexity.
Can be assigned work performed independently or with minimum supervision.
Works as part of a team of developers architects business experts and systems administrators reporting to a team lead.
No supervisory responsibilities.
