Dispatcher (Direct Hire)
Location: Wixom
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Monday-Friday: 7 am-4 pm) (Saturday: 7 am-2 pm)
Compensation: Up to $24/hour Guaranteed Overtime
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced direct-hire Dispatcher to join our growing team in Wixom. This is a critical position that ensures the smooth coordination of operations and efficient communication across teams. Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch drivers service personnel or technicians in real-time to meet customer and operational needs.

Monitor schedules routes and communicate updates or changes clearly and promptly.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accuracy in logistics and support.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs service times and incident reports.

Resolve issues or delays with urgency and professionalism.

Support team operations and contribute to a positive collaborative work environment.
Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of prior dispatcher experience (transportation logistics emergency services or similar industries preferred).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work overtime regularly (guaranteed overtime hours).
