Job Description
Experience Required: 2 5 years in Quality Assurance / Quality Analysis
Visa Status: Open to U.S. Citizens Green Card Holders
We are seeking a Quality Analyst with expertise in manual and automation testing to join our growing this role youll ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions while collaborating closely with developers business analysts and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities :- Design develop and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.

Review requirements and technical specifications to identify gaps early in the development cycle.

Conduct functional regression integration and performance testing.

Track document and report defects using tools like JIRA TestRail or similar.

Perform root cause analysis to drive improvements in processes and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices and frameworks.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

2 5 years of QA experience in software testing (manual automation).

Hands-on experience with Selenium Postman JIRA or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies SDLC and defect management.

Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
-
ISTQB / Six Sigma certification is a plus.
