Key Responsibilities:
- Support Procurement and Supply Chain Solution Architect to work closely with customer and Organizations sales and business development teams to assist in the translation of business requirements into a solution that takes advantage of the Procurement and Supply Chain capabilities supporting the architecting of Procurement and Supply Chain within the overall solution landscape. This will include collaboratively compiling statements of works to support any stage of the sales and deal review processes. Supports integrated workshops with detail and complexity with Senior Stakeholders in the customer business.
- Adhering to the agreed Organizations strategy engage in self-directed and other learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments to ensure Organization remains at the forefront of the market within which Organization operates. Share use and communicate expert knowledge in order to develop others and make business processes more effective.
- Recognize potential for repeat and extended business with respect to end-to-end service offer by Organization and provide comprehensive input. Support Organization to grow our business by being alert to the customer opportunities that present themselves.
- Have strength and depth in delivery and configuration expertise in the overall possibilities for Procurement and Supply Chain process flow and Have experience in delivering ECC WM and Basic EWM solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM
- Design customize configure and testing of MM wit Core Purchasing Skills
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify interpret validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Expertise in Inventory Management: GR GI Stock Transfer and Transfer posting.
- Familiar in Business Process: Subcontracting Consignment Contract Scheduling Agreement Domestic Procurement Stock transfer Order (Intra/Inter) Service Procurement Pipeline Procurement.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Identify gaps issues and work around solutions Document Functional Design Specifications Test Cases and Results.
- Work self-directed and independently with good handling of integration points with FI CO PP SD QM and EWM and experience in Data uploading tools like LSMW LTMC and LTMOM
- Cross-functional knowledge is desirable. Understanding of core processes in other P2P modules
