* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for brand positioning.
* Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media SEO paid ads influencer collaborations).
* Plan seasonal and festive promotions aligned with consumer trends.
* Organize high-impact retail events exhibitions and jewellery previews.
* Manage content creation catalogues lookbooks and creative campaigns.
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
* Monitor campaign ROI and optimize strategies for better performance.
* Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
Qualifications and amp; Skills:
* MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant field.
* 510 years of marketing experience preferably in jewellery luxury or retail.
* Proven expertise in digital marketing brand development and event management.
* Strong leadership analytical and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads Meta Ads Photoshop CRM etc.).
* Willing to travel to various locations as per the requirement of the company.
