Job Description
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Conducting as many high-quality survey interviews as possible with residents who meet screening criteria and accurately capturing their responses

Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Data capturing experience
- Read write and speak English & at least one of the following languages: AfrikaansSepediSesotho Setswana VendaXhosaXitsonga orZulu
- Computer literacyparticularly MS Office Suite
- Experience working in a call centre (advantageous)
- Survey fieldwork experience (advantageous)
Skills:
- Telephone etiquette
- Written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
Abilities:
- Work well under pressure
- Work independently
- Apply sound judgement
Knowledge and Commitment:
- Commitment to the Democratic Alliance principles policies and program of action
- Willingness to go the extra mile which may include working long and irregular hours weekends and public holidays where necessary
